AFM APP PRIVACY POLICY

Asti Infotech Pvt. Ltd. respects the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application (the “Application”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments, including any in-game virtual items, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.

1. GENERAL

Asti Infotech provides the Asti Fleet Management Application (AFM), a tracking application for the employee transportation to ensure safety of their commute. AFM Mobile Application is a user-friendly platform which interacts with the user to capture, analyze and display data. Asti Infotech ("Asti", "we", "us") recognizes and understands the importance of the privacy of its users ("users", "You") and wants to respect their desire to store and access personal information in a private and secure manner. This Privacy Policy applies to our Application describes how AFM manages, stores and utilizes your Personal Data. In order to use AFM, we require you to consent to the collection and processing of your Personal Data before you start using the application. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you may not use in any manner the application. AFM is committed to protecting the privacy of all of its users Personal Data and providing a secure, user-controlled environment. At the same time, you also share responsibility for maintaining privacy and security for example, by not allowing any third party to use your personal account on the AFM Mobile Application. AFM asks all users to be responsible for safeguarding any authentication information and to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your personal Account. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully so that you fully understand how we obtain and process your Personal Data. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge and agree that you were adequately informed of the functioning and objectives of the Application.

Geo-Location Information

Device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your operating system, phone number, country, location, and any other data you choose to provide.

Push Notifications

We may request to send you push notifications regarding your Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

Third-Party Data

Information from third parties, such as personal information or network friends, if you connect your account to the third party and grant the Application permission to access this information. Hereinafter collectively "Personal Data". We shall store all your Personal Data on our servers.

AFM (i) collects, (ii) uses, (iii) maintains and (iv) may share your Personal Data provided by you or collected by us with its affiliates, parent companies or other related companies for all purposes necessary to ensure the proper functioning and operation of the User accounts and/or the proper functioning of the Products. These purposes may include (collectively the "Purpose"):

By using the Application, you acknowledge and explicitly agree that we may disclose certain information to vendors and service providers who help us provide the Product.
